The trainer is in Undeity, in the War Quarter.
I believe the Alliae side trainer is in Stormwind. Just ask a guard in any majority where the weapons trainer is at; and if theyan't train you in the skill, they'll tell you where to find the person whoan.
In anyity youanhk out a guard and ask where the Weps trainer is lated. I'm alliae - I think the sword guy is in SW. He's in the weapon shop near the AH.

Yes you were right (unfortunately) the mro doesnt move onto theast sequee if the initialast fails. Im notonvied itant be done tho. i still think there is a lot of undiovered uses of mros, i dont think blizz has mros lked down so mh, if they took sh a hard stae they would be anti addon...
